Summer Salsa

This salsa is quick, easy and most importantly super cooling for these hot summer days. It is  cleansing and hydrating, making it a perfect side for any salad, bbq or just enjoyed on its own.

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 red pepper
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 mango
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 2 lime
  • ¼ tsp cayenne
  1. Dice veggies, mango and coriander into a fine dice, about the third of your pinky nail
  2. Juice your limes and add your cayenne pepper, stir well
  3. Mix lime juice and diced veggies together
Yield: 1L
