At Ecollegey we have a large selection of "Mary Dee's" medicinal herbs from "Jody Farms". This week we mixed calendula, lemonbalm and cinnamon to make a tea that will help calm the nerves, uplift the senses and balance blood sugar.

Lemon balm is also great for other nervous system problems like depression, fatigue, anxiety, stress, insomnia and digestive troubles.

Calendula can be applied topically to calm inflammation and help speed up healing. You can add the flowers to your favorite rice and fish dishes to add color and flavor.

Ingredients
  • Lemonbalm
  • calendula
  • 1 cinnamon stick
Directions

Mix all your herbs together and let them infuse for 15 minutes.
