Pitaya Bowl

Pitaya, also known as dragon fruit, is the name given to the fruit of several different cactus species. It is especially high in magnesium, vitamin c, potassium and fiber. This tasty treat can be eaten for breakfast or a snack and has all the ingredients to keep your blood sugar stable and your energy high.

Ingredients
  • 1 pack pitaya (100gr)

  • 1 pear ⅓ pack coconut meat

  • 300ml coconut water

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds with probiotics

  • 3 tbsp upgraded collagen

  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes

  • Optional: dried berries, hemps hearts.

Directions
  1. Blend the pitaya, pear, coconut meat and water in a blender until smooth

  2. Pour your pitaya blend into a bowl and add your chia seeds, collagen and coconut flakes (add any other toppings you would like) stir well

  3. Let sit overnight in the fridge

  4. In the morning pour your mixture into separate containers and voila! An easy, portable breakfast or snack.

 

This recipe makes 3 days worth!
