Red Rose Speedway Tomato Basil Soup

A great soup to have after summertime workout or hot yoga, very refreshing, yummy and easy!

Ingredients

4-5 tomatoes

1 1/2 cups coconut water

1 stalk celery

1/4 chopped onion

1 cup fresh basil

4 - 5 cloves garlic

1/4 fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 Nama Shoyu

1 teaspoon sea salt  

Directions

In a high speed blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.

variations: replace the bail with an equal amount of fresh cilantro, dill or mint, all yummy .
