How to order

Just fill your cart with delicious organic food, proceed to the checkout, and you'll be prompted to register, or login for returning customers. Follow the on-screen instructions.

We are currently filling orders for pick up or delivery TUESDAY-FRIDAY.

For any orders placed before 9am we guarantee same day fulfillment.  

A $10 delivery charge will be applied to all delivery orders. If you prefer to pick up, please specify so in the comment section while placing your order.

There are a few things we would like you to know and consider about our home delivery program:

Please understand while the website has a large selection of our offerings it does not include everything we carry at the moment.  In the same point we may have items on our website that are no longer in store. We are hard at work getting groceries out to people and at this time and are not able to concentrate our energies at updating this.  Please add items you cannot find to the comment section while placing your order or prepare your list and ask us to call you to add items before we put your order together.  We are here to help.

Prices are updated daily. We are known for having the freshest produce, as we only order smaller amounts at a time. We therefore have a very quick turnover, with new fruits and vegetables coming in every day. Because of this, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that the price displayed online will be the same price you are charged on your invoice.

Some fruits and veggies are charged by the pound. However, we request that you place your order like it is a shopping list. For example, if you would like 3 tomatoes, which is a little over a pound, just put the number “3” in the space for quantities. It will show up as 3 pounds on your order, but we will know that you are actually asking for 3 individual tomatoes. This goes for any other produce that is charged by the pound. Feel free to add a comment indicating and clarifying exactly what you would like, should you actually wish to have 3lb of tomatoes or in any other special case.

Please review your order. Understand the total price is approximate.  For items sold by the pound or kilogram the actual total is dependent on what is weighed at the cash when your order is put together. You will receive a detailed invoice along with your delivered order.

Don't forget to Submit order after reviewing!

If you wish to order approximately the same thing the next time you place an order, simply go to “my account”, click on “orders”, and choose “reorder”. Please only reorder items that are not produce, as not all produce is available every week. Of course, you can make any other changes you wish to your order at this point.

We deliver to:

Montreal west, NDG., Westmount, TMR, Cote St Luc, Verdun, Lasalle and Outremont (Greater Montreal west of Parc Avenue) downtown.

Q. I tried to create an account but I didn't receive a password. 
Please check your SPAM folder.  You should find an e-mail from our admin.   Once you login for the first time you will need to create a new password.  Please make note of this password for the next time!

Q. I looked in my spam folder and still did not recieve a password. 
In some cases the filtering of your email account is just too protective for our system.  You can try using a different email address or call us and we can manually set you up with a password.  If this is not an option or also doesn't work, you can email your list to .  When sending your list by e-mail we ask that you make it in list format (not a paragraph), be as specific as possible with your requests (brand, size, type..etc), let us know if it is for pick up or delivery, and leave us your name and call back number.  

Q. What happens when my order is delivered? 
We will call to let you know your food has arrived and leave it outside for you to collect. Leave us the best phone number to reach you at and have your phone on you the expected day of delivery. For houses/townhouses we will ring the doorbell and leave the groceries on the porch.  For apartment buildings we will call and leave the groceries outside the main entrance.  We are not entering ANY apartment/office buildings at this time (not even the lobby--it is simply not safe for us).  

Q. What happens if I’m not home during delivery?
A. There are TWO options:

1. We will leave your order outside your door. Be aware the food will not be protected against heat and cold for more than a few hours. If you like, you can leave a cooler outside for the frozen items. 

2. You can leave us a key -- either have one cut for us that we take each time we deliver to your house, or you can hide one (mailbox, under the mat...) and share the hiding spot with us. We will take good care of your key in either case.  

Q. How does the pick up option work?
Please specify for store PICK UP in the comment section when placing your order. We will call to confirm your order with you.  At that time we will give you a time that we will have your order prepared for.  Bring a card (Visa, Mastercard,Debit) for payment at a terminal set up outside of the store. Please respect the apointment time allotted to you.  Should you be running late--that is OK, a call to let us know is appreciated, but please understand we cannot "put a rush on it" and make it earlier. 

When you come to pick up your order we ask that you write your name (or name on store account if you are coming for someone else) on a piece of paper to hold up to the window. Once we have acknowledged you are there please step up to the payment terminal or line up for your turn,  maintaining a safe distance from others who have also come for their groceries.  We will place your groceries on the picnic table.

Q. Do I have to order a minimum amount for delivery?
A. No, your order can be any size. However, there will be a charge of $10 for all delivery orders.

Q. What if I'm not satisfied with an item in my order?
A.  Due to Covid 19 we are not taking any products back into our store.  That said, our policy is 100% satisfaction. If you find that any item you receive does not meet your standards, please contact us by email or telephone and we'll make it right.

Q. How do I change an order that I've submitted?
A. You may add or remove items from your order. You will receive an email to confirm each change.  Please note that any "add ons" or adjustments the day your order is expected cannot be guaranteed. We will try our best, but given the circumstance we are processing a high volume of orders.  From 9 am on the day of delivery the ball is already in motion and it may not be possible to track down and find your order to make changes.
