Creamy Avocado Dressing

This week we've got a creamy Avocado Dressing on the menu.

Packed with healthy fats from mct oil, olive oil and avocados, this dressing will keep you satiated for longer, enhance memory and help burn fat.

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • Handful of Basil
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup MCT oil
  • 1/8 cup maple Syrup
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  1. Add all your ingredients,except the basil, in the blender and blend until you have a smooth consistency.
  2. Add you basil last and blend for no more than thirty seconds to avoid burning the basil and the dressing turning black.


Keeps well for 5 days in the fridge.
